Breast Cancer is the leading cancer among women and increasing oodles all over the world.  This disease is a big pensive reason to feel low spirit towards life though it is common in 1 among 100 women. It is more prone to occur in older women than younger women but can happen after age of 20. This disease can have many reasons like hereditary, any old history, dense breast tissues and so on. In younger women it is hard to diagnose at early stage until the cancer is in later stage. It occurs with men also but around 100 times less as compared to women.

It is necessary to consult your doctor immediately if you feel something unusual about look and feel of your breast. After age of 20, one should do Breast self examination once in a month to avoid later stages of the panic.

Right time for self examination

One can do Breast self examination 2-3 days after completion of periods. During this period breast are least likely to be swollen or tender. Women who don’t have periods no longer, it is advisable to pick a day such as end of the month that would be easy to remember for the self examination.

Signs or warnings of Breast Cancer

• Any discharge from nipples when you are not breast feeding
• Observer thickness around breast and underarms
• Wrinkles or folds of breast skin
• Observance of any cysts around breast and underarms
• Any infection that is not healed from long
• Shape retraction of nipples
• Any spontaneous bloodstained discharge from nipple
• Pain, itches and rashes around the nipple area

Perform the Breast self examination for 10-15 minutes in 4-5 ways listed below:

Steps to do Breast self examination

• Stand in front of mirror and raise your arms
• Now, keep your both hands  on hips
• Hold hands tightly behind your head and push on head slightly
• Raise one arm and use fingers of other hand; use your left hand to check right breast. Move your fingers in circular and up-down motions with a small pressure
• Now lie down and perform the above step

Indian Democracy - A Big Question Today

Of the people, by the people and from the people – is perhaps the most popular definition of Democracy in India, has become a big question among generations. It is assumed so far that “people” referred here, ideally refers to all people, and not only privileged classes.

If we start with list of incidents after independence that shook the soul of democracy in India, it needs several days to express it, probably. No need to put much stress on mind, the recent and most shameful incident of Indian history – Crackdown of Satyagrah Andolan -2011. Midnight 5^th June, 2011, thousands of people at Ramleela maidan, were beaten, squeezed and punished.

These people were punished because they dared to stand for the reason; a reason that made every Indian realized that Indian democracy is not more than puppet dance which fascinates at time of elections only. The moment anyone starts to talk about the incident, a flow of random question comes; who is ramdev ? What is his personal interest?  Why he ran? Why people went there? Why illegal permissions for Yoga?

At the end, forcible and inhuman way to crackdown the  ” Andolan “ has presented as a fascinated drama that was organized by  Baba Ramdev (thug) for his personal interest only. People were dragged outside of Ramleela maidan irrespective of their age and genders. During midnight, the government suddenly noticed that Satygrah Andolan is heading at “Ramleela Maidan” by Ramdev, who took the permission for yoga only. This reason was enough for government to treat thousands of people like animals. Moreover, MCD reveals later that permission was taken for “Asthanng yoga” that includes Anshan and Tapasya.

Was government blind to see all the postures through all roads of NCR about Satyagrah Andolan. What stroked their head in the midnight? Was there any yoga event in the Hotel Claridges? Our government is willing to make peaceful conversations with Pakistan, a country that is proved as leader of terrorism many times. But why government is not willing to Baba Ramdev at least later for the issue? A rapist can move freely in India because of insufficient facts but now “Ahinsa followers” can be punished anytime without a reason. Why there was no need to send sufficient ladies police to deal with women at the venue.  Justification for Democracy seems far, it questions even humanity now.

Democracy means for people when they claim that it is their own. It was proved, when thousands of people sacrificed their lives for Independence of India. Is it the true democratic and developed India that our true leaders imagined? First week of June 2011, took away the remaining ashes of trust in leaders of our country.

When India got Independent, the population was less than 70 crores and today the whole nation is more than 120 crores. If some people are excluded to favor corruption, assume 1 crore, even then number of people who can stand for the good cause is almost 100 times.

The meaning is changed “of the power, by the power, from the corruption”. Are we 120 crores people has stopped to even dream for again “From the people, by the people and for the people” country. To attain a state of democracy one has to discover how far we can go in a straight-line until the one is stopped.

What is All Is Words

I have been thinking to make a blog that I can share with my friends and other people as well. A blog that is not limited for the post as freelancer writer only, not limited to Hindi shayari and not even to about my interest towards spirituality.

I had given good time to decide that a person should create different blogs based on categories. One blog or page for your personal interest, other for your professional Circle. And, after this wastage of time I concluded that I have forgotten a proverb " Go as far as you can with what you know". For now, I feel that I know clearly that I want to have this one blog only for all my pieces of writing.
